If your RUSTDEEZ™ socket fails, breaks, cracks, wears out, gets damaged, or otherwise becomes unusable, submit a clear photo of the socket, provide proof of purchase or completed product registration, and pay the $19.99 processing, shipping, and handling fee. Once approved, a replacement socket will ship.

How to File a Claim
• Submit a clear photo of the failed or damaged socket.
• Provide valid proof of purchase or completed RUSTDEEZ™ product registration.
• Pay the $19.99 processing, shipping, and handling fee for an approved replacement claim.
• Once processed and approved, a replacement socket will be shipped.

Intended Use
RUSTDEEZ™ is intended solely for cleaning and polishing the exterior brass surfaces of unfired shotgun shells in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. Inspect every shell before use. Do not clean or attempt to recover shells with Bad Brass or other unsafe conditions. Bad Brass should be disposed of properly.
Not Covered / Claim Limits
• Loss or theft of the socket.
• Claims without proof of purchase or completed registration.
• Claims submitted without a photo of the socket.
• Damage, injury, or loss related to ammunition, firearms, improper shell inspection, or use outside the product instructions.
• Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited solely to replacement of the RUSTDEEZ™ socket. New Age Outdoors™, LLC shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
